    Walked in tonight & the guy at the counter was having a lively chat with some customers making a purchase. He then came over to where I was in the wine section, had a chat assisted me in choosing a wine. Kern, like I said at the time - great name. Thanks so much for your help & the banter.

    Wow! Customer service is atrocious. Buying a few drinks to restock the fridge should be a pleasant experience. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
