I’ve been going to this barbershop since 2015.
Yes barber do change due to shortages of manpower from other shops they own but other barbers are still capable on doing the job.
Most of the barbers is from Malaysia but they do speak above average English.
What you need to take note is that when asking for a cut if you don’t know how to explain please show a picture of the cut you want, at least from multiple angles.

I had a haircut at this place and the barber was constantly making fun of my soft voice. Once he asked me if I wanted to cut the hair shorter, I said yes, and then he went to mockingly mimick me to his colleague, IN MY FACE. When I was about to pay, lo and behold, he continued mimicking me in an annoying way! Is this how you treat your customers? What's worse is - he placed the razor so near my skin that when I got home, I suffered from multiple cuts along the hairline. It's almost as if I was paying to get jeered at/injured. First and last time I'll be there, go at your own risk.
